Responsibility

 

1. Energy healing or guidance is part of the field of soft or alternative therapies, not of traditional Western medicine. This means that these services are never a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. I am responsible for the frame and for all words spoken during a sitting or a training. My responsibility ends there. The client is at all times in control and responsible for his words and actions during the session and outside.

3. Physical or verbal abuse is not tolerated.

 

Personal data and private property

 

1. The client's information or the materials that I send are subject to the GDPR and copyright laws, according to the European regulation of April 27, 2016. The client has the right to access, rectify, portability, erasure of data, limitation of processing and opposition to data processing for legitimate reasons.

 

Payment

 

1. Payment for face-to-face sittings is made in cash, in Euro only, after the session.

2. Payment for online sessions is made in advance. It serves as confirmation. Once payment is received, I send the Zoom link.

3. If the client wishes an invoice for training, it will be made upon request.

4. Online, I accept the following currencies: Euro, Swiss Franc, British Pound, American Dollar and any other currency of a country that is part of the European Union.

5. The base price is calculated in Euro. Prices in foreign currency are calculated based on current rates and are rounded up.

 

Online

 

1. Any online sitting or training is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium.

2. I cannot be held responsible for power outages on your end or failure of your equipment.

3. Physical or verbal abuse is not tolerated.

4. Privacy Notice. All online sessions are subject to GDPR and copyright laws, according to the European regulation of April 27, 2016. No camera or other filming or video / audio recording equipment should be used to capture audio / visualization of people or class content in my Zoom room without prior permission from all participants.

5. Whether or not I check in consultations or classes depending on the prior approval of all participants. Recordings are intended for backup purposes and in the event of a consultant's device failure.

6. Any recording, if it should be initiated, will never be broadcast without the written permission of all participants. When a recording is due to take place, I will announce it (referring to the privacy notice) to seek your verbal approval. The reason for the registration must be indicated. The content of all audio and visual recordings remains the property of the College and may not be used for public or commercial purposes without prior authorization.

7. Any public use of the recordings may take place provided that:

   1. -all participants have shown their written authorization.

   2. the content is correctly referenced.

8. I reserve the right to withdraw any person from the training without cause.

Cancelation

 

1. For a session: in the event of cancellation by the client, I must be notified three days in advance. After this deadline, the meeting is considered due.

2. For training: in case of cancellation of registration for training, I must be notified five days in advance. After this deadline, the cancellation of registration is no longer refunded.

3. Insofar as I cancel the session or training, it can be postponed or be fully refunded.

4. In the event of a major justified problem, I examine the cancellation request, while retaining the right to choose for a refund or not or if an arrangement can be found.
